At the Corn Dolly we produce an extensive variety of delicious breads that are hand-crafted from scratch and baked fresh everyday!!  From crusty loaves, baguettes and French sticks to the classic batch loaf or the traditional pan, available in white, wholemeal or Fibremalt.  Other popular choices include sodas, pancakes, scones, fruit brack and sticky malts.

Aside from the traditional breads we all know and love, we also produce a wide range of alternative and specialty breads.  Over the years eating habits, palates and tastes have changed dramatically, and today people have a better appreciation of good food and demand high quality, tasty products, with added health benefits.  Our range includes:

  • Spelt & Honey Bread – A light and airy bread containing a mixture of spelt flour, honey, sunflower seeds, lupin seeds and sesame seeds.
  • Corn Bread – A light, moist and nutritious bread with a good crust.  It is sunshine yellow in colour and contains sunflower seeds and a hint of spice.
  • Low G.I. Bread – A healthy brown bread made with a blend of pumpkin, linseed and sunflower seeds.

Other options available include rye bread, tomato bread, and corn bread.
